Stoneybrook residents have voted for change. Sheri Bucar was voted out and Warren Davies finished dead last in the vote. John Jack and Joe Targia are new members of the Stoneybrook H.O.A. and Richard Nussbaum retains his position on the board. Congratulations to the new board members. This may finally put to rest any possibility of the residents having to pay for Bucar's personal legal bills in her fight with Waste Management. And in classic sore loser fashion, Warren Davies tried to have the other board members declared not proper due to the timing of their applications.
