Gazette Blamed for Fall of "Team Bucar".
Blaming others is a typical reaction of those in power seeking to hold on to their grip on power. That blame game switches into 5th gear when those in power start to feel it slipping. That is exactly what's going on in Stoneybrook with "Team Bucar".
Sheri Bucar, Joe Mikulka and Warren Davies make up team Bucar. And, last night, stepping in as 3rd base coach was Sherry Bucar's husband Ivan Bucar. The self-inflicted Waste Management mess being heaped upon the Bucar family is, of course, all the fault of the Gateway Gazette. Hey, I understand, if it wasn't for me, team Bucar would be quietly working their trickery to get their personal legal fees reimbursed by taking it from the residents of Stoneybrook.
Last night at a hastily arranged and poorly publicized candidates night forum 15 people (including candidates) listened to Stoneybrook residents discuss why they are running for the H.O.A. board. Candidate John Jack introduced himself and said "Warren Davies forfeited his right to be on the board when he quit and walked out the last time". He then went into the Bucar Waste Management legal battle. Those accusations started a chorus of unprofessional interruptions from "Team Bucar", led by third-base coach Ivan Bucar who asked Jack where he got his information. Jack said "softball games", "around the neighborhood" and the Gateway Gazette. Free Plug. Free Plug. That last piece of information prompted jeers from "Team Bucar", including board member Joe Mikulka...."the Gazette lies", "full of misinformation", he (me) doesn't know what he's talking about". Now, if I had feelings, that would hurt. Luckily I am a man of steel, made of thick skin and the truth has set me free. DOCUMENTS FILED BY TEAM BUCAR DO NOT LIE
If you read the document you see that even the Stoneybrook attorney says nothing in this matter makes any sense. Read it and weep Team Bucar. Perhaps you can start your own softball team. I can help you organize a charity soctball tournament to try and offset your legal fees. Just say the word.
Stoneybrook residents, when you mail in your proxy or go to vote on Thursday, remember, anyone but Davies or Bucar. And when Joe Mikulka's term rolls around, remember the Waste Management issue before you vote.
