One blogger is getting their story mixed up. My family received approval - see attached.
The resident that they are talking about was one that the Board intimidated to have their hot tub removed. Ours appears as it did when we installed it, as was approved. No person from the ARC or Board has ever had a discussion with us in person regarding the removal of the hot tub. I welcome anyone to produce minutes from a meeting that would suggest so.
