Since we launched the new site over a month ago we've helped two Gateway residents fill a need by hooking them up with two other Gateway residents. In the first case we helped a resident sell his equity membership to the Gateway Golf & Country Club. The second success was helping a resident find a place to store his boat for the summer. Another one of our readers took him up on his offer to store the boat in his garage. The original price to be paid was $75.00 per month for storage but I think the homeowner worked out a deal where he could take the boat out for a few spins instead of the money.
